Admission Validity

Every course at Skilledgrad is of specific duration. You need to complete the course within the specified duration. All online access provided to you during the course will automatically get deactivated on completion of 1 year of enrolment.

Payments

Payment can be made by Cheque / DD / Credit Card / Debit Card / Online / NEFT. Your admission or enrolment is subject to realization of the payment.

Admission / Batch Transfer Policy

Batch transfer is at the discretion of the management and will be allowed only once. Fee paid for a specific programme or course is not transferable to any other programme or course.

Cancellation of Admission

Cancellation of admission can be done within 48 hours of making the payment. Fee under such circumstances will be refunded by deducting Rs. 500/- as processing fee. No refund will be done if you fail to inform about cancellation within the stipulated time.

Refund Policy

Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances, except for cancellations done within the stipulated time.

Code of Conduct

Skilledgrad reserves the right to take disciplinary action against you or even expel you from the training programme in case of any acts of misbehaviour or inappropriate behaviour, or if you are caught in any illegal or fraudulent activities. You cannot claim any refund under such circumstances.

Students can register their grievances and complaints at info@skilledgrad.com.

General Terms & Conditions

• Fee revisions will be at the discretion of management and shall be updated on the website from time to time.
• Courseware, content, and fee structure may be changed at the discretion of management.
• Management reserves the right to prepare the programme schedule and modify the same.
• Management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class on prior notice.
• Management reserves the right to change or modify its terms and conditions.
